Appearance

The Hawksbill's appearance is similar to that of many other sea Turtles. It has a flattned body shape, and flipper-like arms used for swimming in the open ocean. The apperance of its shell is described as "saw-like". The Hawksbill's shell slightly varies in colour depending on the water temperature. They are known to grow up to 114cm in shell length and 68kg in weight.
